Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT* A non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will go towards your remaining balance due on the day of your appointment in CASH. Please be informed that all payments made for services on the website or studio after service has been provided are non-refundable

RESCHEDULE* Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. If you are unable to keep your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to place another deposit for a new appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS* Cancellations are to be made at least 48 hours before the booked time

PERMANENT MAKEUP CLIENT* FOR PMU BROWS BOOKING only- Clients with PREVIOUS WORK done by another artist are required to email a CLEAR photo of their bare brows to hairbrowboss@yahoo.com for approval. If you book an appointment and come in without approval, I will refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited.* FOR PMU BROW CLIENTS only- All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows or correction depending on the state of your current brows.* FOR PMU BROW CLIENTS only- Results may vary depending on skin type, bone structure, existing hair, lifestyle, health, diet, and aftercare.

FOR PHOTOGRAPHY BOOKING only- Please send an email or call to discuss your shoot desired setting, background or mood board immediately you book an appointment

FOR HAIR BOOKING only- Please if you are not getting the hair cleansing treatment add on service added to your package pls pls ensure you come with your hair clean and well detangled if not you will have to pay for that or I refuse the service without refunding your deposit

LATE POLICYYou will be charged $15 for every 20 minute you are late and after an hour your appointment will need to be rescheduled to another time or cancelled.

Fees will be applied as necessary, no exceptions.* COVID-19 Protocols will be heavily enforced at all times.* Our prices are subject to change at anytime without notice.* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.* Please note that our permanent makeup service procedures are performed in a location (a Tattoo shop) different from all other beauty services we offer
